About Us

 F.E.L.P is a 501c3 youth development nonprofit based in Fayetteville, NC. Here at F.E.L.P we provide mobile services in both communities and schools to at risk and willing youth ages 10-17.

Many at this age, struggle with societal factors that limit their overall development and contribute to risk. Therefore, F.E.L.P offers program opportunities in the areas of education, entrepreneurship, basic life skills, and wellness to advance the overall developmental lifespan of the youth that we serve.
 

MISSION & VISION

Our mission at F.E.L.P is to help each at risk adolescent realize that their current situation will not dictate their future. To uphold our mission we offer free/reduced developmental workshops to youth and their families. 


Our vision is that each youth that we encounter daily have opportunity and access to apply all the knowledge and resources needed in order to succeed. 

The goal is for the participants of our programs to be developed on all levels. To possess the skills to become their highest potential of self and achieve their goals.  

Today’s youth are the future of tomorrow’s world, so we hold the highest of standards for creating programs to develop them for success.  

Studies show mentored youth are more likely to overcome negative influences and increases the capacity to direct feelings, thoughts, and actions to achieve goals.
